PlayStation Moveに対応予定の本格ゴルフゲーム。「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR 11（英語版）」，本日発売
エレクトロニック・アーツは本日（8月5日），PlayStation 3用ゴルフゲーム「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR 11（英語版）」を発売した。価格は5040円（税込）。
本作は，世界屈指のプロゴルファーであるタイガー・ウッズ選手と，全米プロゴルフ選手権が公認した，本格的なゴルフゲームだ。8月9日から開催される同選手権のコースを含む，世界の有名なゴルフコースを，17コース収録している。登場プロは，ウッズ選手をはじめ，男女合計27名。
本作のウリは，オンラインで最大24人が対戦できる“ライダーカップ”モードだ。自分だけのチームを作って，本物さながらのライダーカップを，みんなでワイワイ楽しもう。

ゲーム概要
マスターズで復活を遂げたタイガー・ウッズとPGA TOURが唯一公認する本格的リアルゴルフゲーム「タイガー・ウッズ PGA TOUR」 シリーズ最新作！
世界最高峰のトッププロたちとの競演、そして2010年全米プロゴルフ選手権の開催コースである“ウィスリングストレート”、全英オープン開催コース“セントアンドリュース”やライダーカップ開催コース“セルティック・マナーリゾート（ウェールズ）”、“TPCスコッツデール”など世界屈指のコースを楽しめます。また、今作ではアメリカ代表とヨーロッパ代表が賞金ではなく名誉をかけて戦うチーム対抗戦「ライダーカップ」モードを新たに搭載。
主な特長
世界最高峰の対抗戦「ライダーカップ」モード収録！：
自分のオリジナルキャラクターを作成して世界に名だたるトッププロに混じって対戦したり、自分のチームをつくって友だちを招待したり、誰かの作成したチームに参加して、本物さながらのライダーカップを楽しめる！
※最大24人が参加できるチーム対戦は、最大4人が同じ組でプレイできます。
選べるスイングシステムと戦略的な楽しさを高めるFOCUS機能：
3ボタン方式と、リアルに近い感覚を楽しめるアナログスティック方式のふたつのスイング方法が可能。プレイ中でもボタンひとつで切り替えることができます。また、FOCUSゲージを消費することで、スピンやパワーブーストなどアシストの使用に制限がかけられる「FOCUS」機能を採用。更に戦略的なゲームプレイを楽しむ事ができるようになりました。
さらに進化したグラフィック：
選手の動きやスタイル、髪や布地のなめらかな揺れ、肌やウェア類の質感、時間で変化する1日の移り変わりも表現されて臨場感が大幅UP！
PlayStation 3版はモーションコントローラ対応予定！：
2010年秋にリリース予定のPlayStation Moveモーションコントローラにも対応予定。
※対応させるにはPlayStation Networkに接続して、ゲームのアップデートをおこなう必要があります。
