まずは第1回から引き続き、【eスポーツ JAPAN CUP 格闘ゲーム部門　総合プロデューサー】である【蝶野正洋】さんが決定！総合司会にはバラエティ・スポーツ実況など幅広く活躍する【辻よしなり】さんが登場。エキシビションマッチには、第2回大会で熱い戦いを見せてくれたアメリカのeスポーツプロチーム【Evil Geniuses】所属の日本人女性初のプロゲーマー【チョコブランカ】さんと、秋葉原のアイドルカフェ【バックステージPASS】のアイドルキャスト【藤川まゆ】さんのリベンジマッチが決定！舞台上で涙を見せた藤川さんは雪辱を果たせるか？ビデオコメントゲストには、日本が誇る世界のゲームクリエイター【稲船敬二】さんが登場。多彩なゲストを迎え、大会を盛り上げて頂きます。
