「The Last of Us Part I」，10分におよぶトレイラーを公開。どのようにリメイクしているかを開発陣が解説

　Naughty Dogは，同社が手がけるサバイバルアクション「The Last of Us」のフルリメイク版となる「The Last of Us Part I」（PS5 / PC）のグラフィックスやゲームプレイについての改善点，技術的な拡張部分に焦点を当てた解説トレイラーを公開した。


　トレイラーでは，The Last of Us Part Iの開発陣が，キャラクターモデルやモーションキャプチャ，アニメーションの進化，さらに拡張された敵キャラクターのAIシステム，物理演算処理，モーションマッチング技術などについて，The Last of Us Part Iでどのように作り直しているかを語っている。

　約10分の映像には日本語字幕は用意されていないものの，見応え十分な映像になっているので，ぜひチェックしてみてほしい。


　なおThe Last of Us Part IのPS5版は，2022年9月2日に発売予定となっている（PC版は開発中）。
