Demagog Studioの新作「The Cub」のアナウンストレイラーが公開に。ノスタルジックに不穏が混在した2Dパルクールアクション

　Demagog Studioが開発を手がける新作ベルトスクロールアクション「The Cub」（PC / PS5 / PS4 / Xbox Series X / Switch）のアナウンストレイラーが，本日（2022年3月25日）配信されたオンラインイベント「Future Games Show: Spring Showcase 2022」で公開された。


　本作は，破局を迎えた地球で生きるミュータントの子供「Cub」を操作して，彼を捕まえようとする人間から逃げ延びる，横スクロールのプラットフォームアクションだ。1990年代にスーパーファミコンで発売された「ジャングルブック」や「アラジン」「ライオンキング」などにインスパイアを受けたとのことで，流麗なドットアニメーションによるパルクールアクションが展開されるという。

　また本作は音楽も大きなウリとのことで，トレイラーではゲームプレイと共に，ノスタルジックでありながらも，不穏が忍び寄る本作の世界観が表現されたサウンドトラックを聞くことができる。気になる人はぜひチェックしてみよう。
