　2021年VPG Asian Cupは8月21日に開幕、VPG JAPANはelgato Premier/Develop Leagueの参加者の中から最高の25名の選手を選出し、日本代表として参戦。日本代表がグループ3では、2020年のアジア王者マレーシア（VPG JAPANは未参加）、およびeSportsサッカーのアジアの伝統的競合香港が同組になっております。土曜日と日曜日に連日に対戦した結果、VPG日本代表は見事に4戦全勝し、しかも全試合無失点の成績を残しました。
