PS4/Xbox One版「Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey」が12月6日に発売。日本語版トレイラーを公開

　Panache Digital GamesとPrivate Divisionは本日（2019年10月30日），オープンワールド型サバイバルアクション「Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey」のPlayStation 4版とXbox One版を，12月6日に発売すると発表し，予約受付を開始した。予約特典は「原人アバター」で，価格はどちらも4400円（税込）。


　本作は，「アサシン クリード」を手がけたPatrice Desilets氏らが設立したデベロッパ Panache Digital Gamesのデビュー作で，PC版が8月に発売されている。プレイヤーは1000万年前のアフリカに生きる人類の祖先からスタートし，世界を探索して生息範囲を広め，自身の血筋を次世代に継承していくことが目的となる。
　食糧確保のためのサバイバル生活をしつつ，さまざまな道具を使うことで，二足歩行が可能になったり，オブジェクトを両手で扱えるようになったりするなど，人間らしい能力を獲得できるという。
