「Darksiders III」の最新トレイラーが公開。エネルギーを溜め込んで炸裂させる「Force Hollow」の力を見よ！

　THQ NordicとGunfire Gamesは，海外で2018年11月27日に発売予定となっているオープンワールド型アクションアドベンチャー「Darksiders III」（PC / PlayStation 4 / Xbox One）の最新トレイラーを公開した。


　Darksidersシリーズは，「ヨハネの黙示録」に記載されている「黙示録の四騎士」を題材にしたもので，「ウォー」（War）を主人公にした第1作，「デス」（Death）を主人公にした第2作に続くDarksiders IIIは，唯一の女性戦士である「フューリー」（Fury）が主人公となる。フューリーが鞭やハンマーを手に，ウォーの失態により天界の牢獄から地上へと逃げ出してしまった“七つの大罪”（Seven Deadly Sins）の化身達を追い詰めていくのだ。

　今回のトレイラーは，フューリーのフォームの一つである，「Force Hollow」のインゲームシーンを収録したものとなっている。これは周囲のオブジェクトを巻き込みつつエネルギーを溜め込んで一気に開放し炸裂させられるほか，岩などの物体から敵クリーチャーまでを引きつけることができるなど，その力は中々のものであるようだ。フューリーは戦士だが“メイジ”クラスという設定のようなので，そのダークなパワーを全開させて楽しみたいところである。


　ワールドワイドで11月27日にリリースされる本作のSteamストアページ（関連リンク）では，インタフェースと字幕が日本語対応となっている（日本時間の11月28日リリース）。Darksidersは，パブリッシャを変えながらも日本でリリースされてきた，知名度のあるシリーズ。最終作になると思われる次回作への道筋を示すタイトルとなるだけに，やり込んでおきたいというプレイヤーは多そうだ。
