惑星パンドラでの新たなアドベンチャー。Telltale Gamesが「Tales from the Borderlands」のトレイラーを公開

　Telltale Gamesは，Gearbox Softwareとのコラボにより開発中のアドベンチャー「Tales from the Borderlands」（PC/PS4/PS3/Xbox One/Xbox 360）のストーリーを紹介するトレイラーを公開した。


　本作は，ポイント＆クリックやクイックタイムイベントを利用しながらゲームを進めていく，Telltale Games作品ではお馴染みのアドベンチャーで，「Borderlands」シリーズの世界観をベースにしたストーリーが，6週間ごとに配信される5つのエピソードで描かれる。その第1弾では，E3 2014の記事でお伝えしたとおり，ハンサム・ジャックの後釜を狙うハイぺリオンの若き社員Rhysと，パンドラでは稀代の女詐欺師として鼻つまみものになっているFionaが，嫌々ながらもコンビを結成して，新たなヴォルトの鍵を我が物にすべく奔走していくことになるのだ。


　今回のトレイラーからは，「Borderlands 2」のプレイアブルキャラクターだったニンジャアサシン“Zer0”が登場し，重要な役割を担っている様子が分かる。また，ハンサム・ジャックもホログラフのようなイメージで登場しており，何かの役どころを与えられているようだ。
　まだ正式なリリース予定日は発表されていないものの，シリーズお馴染みのキャラの立ったストーリーやノリの良さをアドベンチャーで楽しめる作品になりそうである。
