「フォートナイト」のチャプター2 シーズン2がついにスタート。スパイ達に占領された島で，ゴーストとシャドーの陣営が戦う

　Epic Gamesは，バトルロイヤルシューター「フォートナイト」（PC / PlayStation 4 / Nintendo Switch / Xbox One / iOS / Android。原題：Fortnite）のチャプター2 シーズン2を，予告どおり2020年2月20日に開始した。




　「島はスパイたちに占領されてしまった。ゴーストとシャドー，両陣営の運命のカギはあなたが握っています」という設定のシーズン2。プレイヤーは「エージェンシー」の工作員として，新たな手段や装備品を使用し，相手のエージェントと戦う。どちらのサイドに所属するかは，プレイヤー次第だ。


　公式Twitter（リンク）ではシーズン2の開幕へ向けて謎めいたツイートが行われてきたわけだが，「トップシークレット」と題されたプレスリリースも，テキストの一部を黒塗りにして情報が伏せられた形で配信されている。以下にそのまま掲載しておこう。
