今度は月世界でゾンビと対決だ〜。人気FPS「Call of Duty: Black Ops」の新たなDLC「Rezurrection」をActivisionが発表

　Activisionは「Call of Duty: Black Ops」（PC/PlayStation 3/Xbox 360）のダウンロードコンテンツ（DLC）第4弾となる「Rezurrection」を，2011年8月23日にXbox LIVEで先行発売すると発表した。これまでのDLCと同様，1か月ほど経ってから，PCとPlayStation 3向けに配信される予定だ。

　Rezurrectionは，2009年の「Call of Duty: World at War」に初登場したゾンビモードをリメイクしたもので「Nacht der Untoten」「Verruckt」「Shi No Numa」，そして「Der Riese」という4つのマップが収録され，サウンドトラックなどもリマスタリングされているという。価格は欧米で1200マイクロソフトポイント。
　また，欧米で発売された「Hardened Edition」や 「Prestige Edition」には以上のマップは含まれていたため，特別版を購入している人は無料でダウンロードできる。


　さらにこのRezurrectionには，重力の低い月での戦いを描いたという月面基地マップ，「Moon」が追加されており，月の上でどのような楽しみ方ができるのかを考えただけでも面白い。

　Activisionは，このRezurrectionの発売を記念して，アメリカの勤労感謝の日にあたるLabor Day（9月2日〜6日）に，オンラインモードで経験値が2倍溜まる「Double XP」イベントを開催する予定だ。
　Rezurrectionの日本での展開は，現在のところ発表されていない。
