Valveが「Portal 2」の発売日を延期と発表。新たな発売予定日は，2011年4月18日

　北米のパブリッシャ/デベロッパであるValveは，同社の「Portal 2」（PC/Mac/PlayStation 3/Xbox 360）の開発が遅れており，発売日が延期されることをメディア向けのリリースで明らかにした。発売日は，当初予定されていた2011年2月から，2か月ほど遅れた2011年4月18日へ修正されている。

　ゲーム開発が必ず遅れることで名高い（？）Valveだけに，それほど驚きはしないのだが，多くのPortalファンは残念に思っているだろう。プレスリリースに詳しい延期の理由は書かれておらず，その代わり「Valve史上，最も短い延期期間です」と変な自慢をしているところが，らしいといえばValveらしい。ゲームの内容変更はないようだ。
