「Fallout 3」，ゲームエディタと追加コンテンツが発表に
Bethesda Softworksは，先日海外で発売されたRPG「Fallout 3」のゲームエディタと，ダウンロード専用の追加コンテンツをリリースすると発表した。
ゲームエディタはG.E.C.K.（Garden of Eden Creation Kit）と名づけられ，プレイヤーがオリジナルコンテンツを作成できるというものだ。2008年12月中に，PC向けに無料でリリースされる予定となっている。
追加コンテンツは，合計3本がPCとXbox 360向けに配信される。第一弾が「Operation: Anchorage」で，アラスカのアンカレッジを中国共産党の侵略の手から防衛するという，激しい戦闘が楽しめるものだ。リリースは2009年1月の予定。
第二弾「The Pitt」は，工業地帯を冒険するという内容で，こちらは2009年2月にリリースされる予定。そして第三弾「Broken Steel」は，Brotherhood of Steelの一員となって，オリジナルゲームのメインクエストのその後をプレイできる。これは，2009年3月リリースの予定だ。
