　SFドラマ「スターゲート」をベースにしたMMORPG，「Stargate Worlds」のβテスター登録者数が20万人を突破した。


　「Stargate Worlds」は，異星人が太古の地球に残した宇宙間の移動装置スターゲートが発見されたことから，人類に敵対的な異星人と接触することになった科学者達の冒険を描いた，映画/テレビドラマシリーズをベースとしたMMORPGだ。ゲームでは，プレイヤーはスターゲートを使って宇宙のさまざまな場所を訪れ，仲間と冒険をし，異星人と戦っていく。

　公式サイトは「こちら」にオープンしており，スクリーンショットや開発者のコメントムービーなどが公開されている。βテスターの登録受付も行われているので，興味があるならチェックしてみよう。
