アーマードスーツで戦うSF FPS「Section 8」，ド迫力の高解像度アートワークを公開

　未来の地球を舞台に，紛争地帯の最前線で活躍する精鋭部隊“セクション 8（Section 8）”の活躍を描くFPS「Section 8」のアートワーク3点が公開された。


　本作は，さまざまな火気を備えた重武装のアーマードスーツを装着し，敵の真っ只中で危険なミッションをこなしていくというFPS。今回公開されたアートワークは，アーマードスーツに身を固めた兵士による，血みどろの戦いが描かれた迫力のあるものとなっている。
　またGameSpotの「こちら」では，トレイラーが公開中だ。トレイラーには1分47秒にわたってゲームのプレイシーンがたっぷりと収録されており，かなりカッコいいムービーといえるだろう。SFテイストのFPSが好きならぜひ見てみよう。


　なおTimeGate Studiosによって開発されている本作は，現在FilePlanetにてアメリカとカナダ在住者に限定したクローズドβテストが行われている。公式サイトは「こちら」で，発売は2009年秋の予定（2009年8月25日という話もある）だ。
