ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ拡張キット日本語版の発売日決定	- 2004/02/05 18:50
	セガは，「ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ拡張キット シャドウ・オブ・アンドレンタイド日本語版」（以下，SoU）の発売日を2004年3月18日に決定したと発表した。価格は，6800円。 　SoUは，その名の通り，ファンタジーRPG「ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ日本語版」（以下，NWN）の拡張キット。 　しかし拡張キットという言葉が似合わないほどのボリュームだ。追加されるものを列挙すると， ・上級クラス×5種 ・モンスター×17種 ・技能，特技×30種以上 ・呪文×50種 ・タイルセット×3種（オーロラ・ツールセット） など 　そしてもちろん，新しいシングルプレイ用シナリオも追加される。このシナリオがまた，凄い。なんと25万ワード（25万文字じゃなく）のテキスト量というボリュームで，総プレイ時間も20時間以上かかるという。 　つまり，通常のシングルプレイRPG1本分と同じくらいか，それ以上のボリュームになる。 　一つ注意してほしいのは，SoUを遊ぶには，本体ソフトとなるNWNが必要だということ。逆にいえば，NWNプレイヤーならば，SoUを遊ばない手はないだろう。 　オーロラ・ツールセットを使ったMODも続々登場するなど，まだまだ人気の衰える気配のないNWNシリーズ。未体験の人なら，これを機にNWNとSoUを同時に買っちゃってはいかがだろう？ 　定価で9800＋6800＝1万6600円と，それなりの出費にはなってしまうが，この金額で1年は遊べると考えれば，1か月1400円弱。……というのは机上の空論かもしれないが，"本物"のファンタジーRPGを心ゆくまで楽しめると考えると，高くはないと思う。 　ま，セガがこの2作をまとめた"お買い得パック"的なものを発売してくれれば，それにこしたことはないのだが……。希望する人は，セガに要望を出してみては？（Iwahama） →本体ソフト「ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ日本語版」の記事一覧は，「こちら」 →拡張パック「ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ拡張キット シャドウ・オブ・アンドレンタイド日本語版」の記事一覧は，「こちら」 NEVERWINTER NIGHTS Shadows of Undrentide © 2003 Atari Interactive, Inc.
